Yoga is an ideal practice for everybody who enjoys doing sports such as surfing and other activities involving a great balance. Body postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), training of concentration (dharana, dhyana - meditation techniques) and relaxation prepare us perfectly for the encounter with water element in all kinds of weather conditions.


Currently we offer two courses:


- 13-18th of August 2022 - SURF YOGA camp in Jastarnia, Hel Peninsula in Poland. Training at the Baltic Sea is a perfect starting point before surfing trip to the Ocean;

- 1-7th of October 2022 - YOGA & SURF RETREAT in the West Coast Algarve (Arrifana, Aljezur) in Portugal.

Personal training

If you want to start preparing for yoga & surf course, we offer a special program with personal training all year long. It is also a perfect way to get better stamina, relax and loose fears. Typically we train in Szczecin and by the Baltic Sea or in Portugal by the Atlantic Ocean. Write us to ask for more details regarding to long-term training or check our offer for private classes.
