I invite you to book a private yoga session which includes: - introduction to the theory of practice; - calming the mind guided meditation, - asana (stretching body poses adjusted to your personal capacity), - pranayama (breathing exercises), - deep relaxation, - and a feedback (+ we may go into the related topics, like: diet, life style). Where? I am available to meet you at your place or in the chosen location. You can also come to my little home studio. Usage of the mats and other props is included in the price. All levels welcome. The session is available in the English or Polish language. *The complete system of yoga is a way of life which gives better health - both physical and psychological. Therapy with yoga does not involve any medications, it is not a physiotherapy either. It depends completely on a steady improvement of a life-style. It is done by a successive practice which helps to clean the body and mind from the accumulated imbalances and diseases they generate (otherwise one deals with the physical symptom only – which is not the root of problems). The yogic traditions are thousands years old and have been proven by plethora of practitioners who gain fantastic results with their health improvement. By applying different kinds of body poses, breathing techniques and meditations, one starts to let go the physical and mental blockages responsible for the unwanted conditions, such as: anxiety, depression, fear, high/low blood pressure, insomnia, loneliness, overweight and of course the back pain (plus many others).
