Sauna Yoga is a holistic practice that improves stamina, resistance to stress, and general mental and physical condition. It is teaching us how to keep calm in extreme temperatures - that experience helps with keeping a still, balanced mind in unexpected life situations. Recommended for people who deal with emotional imbalances, including mental dysfunctions, such as depression and phobias. If you wish to experience it under the guidance of an experienced teacher, feel welcome to get in touch. We like to complete the experience by starting it with a therapeutic sharing circle supported by natural medicine, such as ceremonial cacao. To prepare for contact with cold water even better, it is recommended to spend some time hiking, for example while exploring the forest and picking herbs, fruits or mushrooms.
