Full experience:

- begins with a therapeutic and heart-opening circle around the campfire with explanations - all supported by ceremonial healing cocoa;

- the continuation is a walk in the forest: collecting herbs and preparing infusions;

- then cold and hot baths begin, supported by practices for the body (asana), breath (pranayama), and mind (meditation);

- the meeting ends with a hot outdoor meal prepared with organic food from local farmers.

This event lasts approximately 4 hours (or more). It is ideal for groups of friends who are interested in deepening their bonds with nature and each other, as well as team building. Our clients are private individuals, as much as companies investing in strong and healthy teams.
