Each class includes practices of:

- asana (body poses);

- pranayama (breathing techniques);

- meditation and deep relaxation.

How to prepare?

Bring comfortable clothes and warm socks for relaxation.

Avoid eating and drinking before the class.

You can use our mats and props or you may bring your own.

*If you wish to try yoga but you can not afford it, contact us and explain your situation. We may welcome you free of charge. Yoga is a practice which helps to gain inner peace, health and balance. It is very essential to share it especially now in the times of such a big confusion. May it be beneficial to all. See you soon.
