Each class includes practices of:
- asana (body poses);
- pranayama (breathing techniques);
- meditation and deep relaxation.
How to prepare?
Bring comfortable clothes and warm socks for relaxation.
Avoid eating and drinking before the class.
You can use our mats and props or you may bring your own.
